State Farm® Insurance Agent Steven Clark

"Update: I am truly disappointed in Steven and his team. I was involved in a car accident a few years ago where someone rear-ended me. The person at fault insurance company denied my claim and the at fault person made a claim with my insurance company without me knowing. I noticed my bill went up significantly so I called Steven and his team. Their excuse was that rates are going up in the state and city. They never told me my premium went up due to them paying out over $5K to someone who rear-ended me. Allstate made me aware of this when I quested them about an accidental surcharge on my bill. I was lied to, deceived, and Steven and his team got over on me. Now I am currently paying for it. This went unnoticed for 3 years. I don’t appreciate what Steven and his team did! I called and left a message and no one responded to me. I would not recommend State Farm or Steven to anyone. This is horrible! I’m done with this situation! Please watch out for insurance companies. They are SCAMMERS!"
